ur rite, it dus. There are minor changes that prevent it from being a clone though, eg. Max/min/quit buttons are clear, not coloured or "cloudy" and he has decided to stick with the BETA1 startmenu.

Its a good job, if it had a beta2 startmenu, i would download it...

It does kinds defeat the purpose, no originality or anything. I just love vista and i want my desktop to like it, thats y i hav clones on my desktop.
