How can I do it?

Hello eveyone, I am new around here, and I was wondering if some one knows how to completely turn a Windows XP system into the look and feel of Mac OS 8, I cant really find any good resources, does any one know how to completely customize Windows Xp into Mac OS 8? the looks, sounds and feel.
