I built this machine back in Apr of 2005. $1200ish system.

It runs smoothly, no issues through each tutorial and 1 mid sized Galaxy game. I did build up rediculously sized forces and smashed them at the AI strongpoints to watch how it handled. No hiccups or pauses. Only pause was during loadup where the SOASE intro movie would have been The only issue was my son wanting to direct the show! Lots of pauses and distractions there.

Time to run some more scenarios , but I cant wait for this to be fleshed out. Play balancing going to be interesting but not the reason for this release. Have to make sure the big blob attacks have a drawback.
