still can't download beta?

What exactly is the problem? Download fails? No install button on sins? Sins not showing in the list at all? We can't offer much useful advice without details.

i pre-ordered a week ago. i never got a confirmation e-mail saying my serial code to download the game

Try checking your stardock account, assuming you used the same e-mail for ordering and the account it may have already registered the purchase, or you might be able to lookup serials and get a new-email that way. (Both workarounds have worked for others)

You don't have Sins listed in your account, so your pre-order is probably one of the few that didn't go through due to a system error on our end.  Please check your Junk Mail folder as you should have gotten an email about this. If not, you can email [email protected] to verify and place a new pre-order. Sorry about the hassle.
