I had a game of beta 3 with a friend against some easy ai cpu players and they actually got a fleet and regularily attacked me. Beat them and started a new against some mediums, who did less atacks than the easy and when we moved onto hard ai, they just turtled inside there home planet and didnt even colonise anywhere else.

is this a known problem or am i missing something ?

because the only challenging thing atm is the fact that i get raided by pirates, who have the same diffuculty across all systems. Thanks
