Just going by the section you have posted in, do you have LogonStudio installed, it is required to use logons download from WC. You can download it here

Need to be just a little more specific, Logons won't apply using LogonStudio, you can't download Logons etc. Not really sure what the problem is. Don't worry if English is not your language, we will get the point of the problem.
