What happened to my pre-order?

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but oh well. I pre-ordered this game back at the beginning of Beta 1. Now that it's been released, I assumed my card would be charged and I'd be able to download it. However, that doesn't appear to have happened. Am I missing something, or can I safely purchase a copy through your store without getting double-charged?

If you preordered back during beta 1, you were charged then. All you should need to do is fire up SDC and download the final version.

I never got my CD in the mail yet. I pre-ordered. I was charged back then. How long does it take for the CD box to ship to our adress here in USA?

The boxes shipped out earlier this week via USPS Priority Mail, AFAIK. Should be arriving soon.

Thanks for the answers, kryo. I'm not able to download the game as it asks me to uninstall the beta version first, but SoaSE didn't show up in Windows XP's uninstall list and deleting it manually didn't work either. I'll just wait for the box, I guess.

Make sure it's uninstalled within SDC

Yes, you need to uninstall via SDC anything that you installed via SDC. They won't appear in Add/Remove Programs.
