Logistics?

New to the game here.. went through the tutorial.. I missed it somewhere. How can i tell how much Logistics i have?

Dont see the number anywhere.

Logistics as in ship points (mouse over your fleet point total..), planetary points (mouse over the planet in question)?

Yah, if you mouse over the planet in question then it will show the available logistics slots on its info card.

Hmm, how do i build the Refineries to enhance my xtal and metal extractors? dont see the icon for it.. is it a research item?

kreyson, if you're playing advent they don't have refineries, their trade ports have an ability to increase resource output instead, if your vasari or tec, then yeah its a research, at about the 4th level of the empire research. the build button for it is under logistics and is right next to the back button.

How you get Refineries depends on your race, I believe. TEC research Refineries as a separate structure (it's Tier 5 Civilian, I think) while Advent get a tech that lets them convert trade ports into Refineries. Haven't played the Vasari yet.
