I want to unzip files manually - need a utility to help

What utility can i use to unzip the files from the archived versions manually that will also restore the "truncated" file extension?

I have seen this sort of thing before but it was so many years ago that i can't remember how i solved it then.

Any help would be appreciated!

The files in the archive are compressed with the CAB format. We hope to have this restore issue fixed later today with a new SDC update.
