No. It doesn't exist - I think they thought it was too unbalancing.

wondering if it was possable,could someone make a mod that puts it back in the game?

Well, if it were rare, I would guess you would only have 1 a map, if that. So if say.. the map generated 1 on a map every say.. 5 games, and you were playing all the races, you would see it less than once every 25 games. And the OTHER games, some other race would be benefitting from it. LOL

So imo, it would be a resource that would simply overpower one AI, more than anything else.
