10000 Unit Cap mod, x2 Capital ships

I have almost finished a Unit cap and Capital ship mod, I just need to test it, make sure it doesn't cause any major issues.

It is based on a previous 10000 unit cap mod, but that one doesn't seem to work anymore. So I updated it to work in my 1.02, using almost the same settings. I have made it so the units are; 500, 1000, 1500, 2000, 3000, 4000, 6000, 8000, 10000. And capital ships are; 2, 4, 6, 9, 12, 16, 20, 25, 32.

I also limited the upkeep to 5% a level, to a max of 40%. I am also considering making the cost of the higher levels for capital ships double the cost. Make it a little harder to get there.

Also included in this is Xiskio's Font Mod, by Xiskio. This improves the readibility of the in game font, especially at higher resolutions. (mine is 1680x1050 and it helps A LOT).

Just wondering if this is anything anyone would be interested in, or if I should just keep it to myself......

1.03 handles fleets as small,medium or large, wondering how this is gonna impact your mod as I think large in vanilla still equals 16 ships and that is really not enough, I been looking in the new 1.03 data files and the information on this seems carefully hidden  ;p

This mod isn't compatable with version 1.03. I've already tried it, as well as tried to get my own mod working for 1.03. I can't figure it out sense they changed so many of the files related to this sort of mod. ><''

I cannot seem to get it to work with 1.03. They changed SO many files. I get it to work, and then I get mini-dump errors after 10 min of gameplay...

I have no idea how long this is going to take to get back... if anyone makes any headway, please let me know.

Hi All

this is my 1st post. I would like to see this mod. Stardock needs address the unit cap issues. With only 16 capital ships makes it harder to defend the larger your empire grows. But there maybe more than 1 way to solve it. Make much stronger planetary defenses. That guase gun is weak. Allow a single player to control mutilple empires. however large caps would might have serious impact in online play. thousands of ships in battle would probably cause some serious lag, or even crash the server.

Not really, but the insane unit caps do remind me of SupCom, and what better battlefield to have them on than in space?

Someone really needs to get this mod back up and running with 1.05+

Interested but the link that u have there i don't see anywhere i can download was that a download link?? Can someone help me really want this mod. And allso is this for enrichment or v1.16 of Just Sins of a solar empire.
