Do keep in mind that SD accounts are separate from ICO, so creating a new ICO account is the first thing you need to do. In any case, if ICO is hanging when you try to get in, it's likely that you've got a firewall program popping up in the background asking permission to let sins through--try alt-tabbing out or running sins in windowed mode so you can take care of that.
