Howdy all,

I bought the game and installed it just fine. I registered my account just fine.

The problem is that I can not log into my account. (I get a "bad password" error) The only way I can access my account is by clicking on the "activate account" link in my activation email. Once in I can post, download updates, etc.

I have not yet tried multiplayer

I was once able to get the website to send me a "password reminder", but it claims my password is blank.

Help?

Looks to me like a dupe account or friend of "korben22" not satisfied with a 25 min response time. Imagine how the world is going to be run when these children grow up...

Well actually the OP is dated March 13th, so it must've just gotten lost - there's a lot of posting on the forum.

Indeed there is a lot of traffic, and things can get lost occasionally, however much we try to keep on top of things. I do apologize for that. As noted by other posters though, please contact support about this and they should be able to help you.

If you have not heard from us already I checked your account and nothing seems to be out of place. Try clearing the cookies in your internet browser and see if the issue clears. If not PM me with what you are inputting for your account info.



As a side note support is here in the forums I can assure you. However please know that we do have the #1 retail PC game right now and we devote a very large amount of time to our email support. They have been waiting in line to talk after all and it is what we would do for each of you that had sent in email. If a forum post seems to be going unnoticed just keep on bumping and making noise. We will find it and won't take it personally if you have to yell for attention. Just don't do it the way post #2 did. :)

pps. support has been awesome in responding to people who have indicated that they are having problems here, of course the correct way to contact them is by email at [email protected] not by whining in the forums about it..
