Please change the vasari's voice !!

"Run for your life!" and "Death from above!" best 2 imo

Actually the voice is far from sounding like they want to die, but it is reptilian-ish, to go with their appearance

I know this was a design decision, but I tend to agree with their voices being annoying enough to make me not want to play that race. I treated the Protoss and Yuri factions in the past the same way for having annoying voices. I'm sure there's more examples, but I can't think of them right now.

You forget that I hate Starcraft.

I LOVE all the races' voices. The vasari is my favorite, reptilian and just the right amount of energy. The Advent is just plain comic relief, and the TEC voices are fitting and 'cool'.

How you get cool out of the robotics cruiser is beyond me.

But yeah, I think the advents voices sound the most polished, the rest sound half-assed to me, but oh well.

Mm, but if we're to complain, even the Advent is lacking in the Destra Crusader voice department. I think the captain's having a bit of trouble with the word "desecraters."

Vasari, especially they're scouts, definitely annoy me, voice-wise. Which is unfortunate, because I think they have the best story of the three factions. What they need is a greater amount of regal tone - they are a fallen might, and even ten thousand years after their collapse they still feel that they are the sole true source of authority in the universe. Their tone should be more condescending, deeper, more clear and powerful. The scouts in particular just sound weaselly.

TEC's mostly fine, but if they would cool down from their "we're so awesome" shtick in their voices, it would do them a world of good.

Maybe if I read this post while looking at it upside down, it'll make more sense to me.

Surfer-boy cruiser captains and B-movie ninja scout ship pilots are "cool", while the absolutely serious (but very young, in some cases) Advent girls are "comic relief"?

I suppose if I were 13, and thought ninjas were teh awesomez and the mere fact that a female might be on board a warship was a joke in and of itself, I might agree with you.

Obviously, the voices in this game are a matter of opinion.

I wouldn't have hired a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle (no lie) to voice my warship captains, but that's just me.

cant they change the vasaris voice in a patch ? or maby you can choose which voice you wanna listen to, along with the picture frames and icon in the options.

Some of the voices are good, but only in a so-bad-that-its-funny kinda way.

I do like the temple of communion selection noise. I wish you could tune in to that thing for more than 4 seconds.

I like the Vasari voices and they seem to fit the ships. My favorite is "Searrrching the planet has not found anything!" I love the hint of annoyance in that line.

Vasari voice is easy the best. "our ships have left Phaaaazzzzze space!" My fav race by far.

I agree, the most vasari Voices are a Pain in the ass. But the skimisher is quite good.

I Barely played the Vasari so far, because of the disturbing voices and the boring Weapon effects. A whole hoarse species is throwing green bananas at nearby ships... thats just too odd.

even if i think te vasari's voices are great,the vulkoras desolator is just too much, it sounds like the captain is choking on something or he's been smoking too much and has ruined his throat and he should also take a break, calm his nerves down, so he stops yelling when i send him to destroy something

The Vasari voices are perfectly fine. If you find them to be such a deterrent that you can't stand the race, then you simply need to grow up.

I agree. Vasari voices are better than the beta, but they're still a little grating. The Crusader also sounds like they got someone's mom off the street who didn't really know what the game was about, and doesn't really fit with the rest of the voices. An older voice is great, but it's a little..urgh.

I find it a bit funny that a user named StarscreamX is complaining about the voice work done by the guy who voiced Starscream

The voices won't be changed - it would require all new voice acting and we like the voice acting as-is.  I find it funny that this complaint is coming from someone named StarscreamX when the Vasari voices are done by the same professional voice actor who does Starscream on the Transformers series.   

I was speaking on the whole, and has nothing to do with female sounding advent voices, lol.The advent are comic relief because their voices approach Hysteria.. the exact same reason's you are sighting to argue they AREN'T comic relief are mines for thinking they are. The TEC are 'cool' in my opinion because their build lines, diplo line, etc... their voices' overall feel. I KNOW they have some annoying and funny ones as well. And Vasari is al around the best Again, like you said as well, its a matter of opinion, so to each his own.

I can't play TEC because they sound like they are going through puberty whenever they are exclaiming the latest feat.

I solely play the Vasari so far and enjoy their reptilian voices.

I like starscreams voice better then the vasaris...
