Hey, I am a noob and in the middle of my first game where I acctually am doing pretty good, its a 6 player map with one star, no too big.  I have a problem though, I was doing really good but didn't realize that another teams culture had spread to all my planets, being a noob, I had overlooked the Broadcast Centers, and my planets' allegiance was very low, two fringe planets and my HOME PLANET rebelled, and most of my other planets were in the very low allegiance stages.  I was able to survive and eventually colonize the lost planets. My economy is FINALLY starting to get back up, but all of my planets have 35% allegiance and arn't going any higher, even though I have Broadcast centers on almost all planets, and my culture is pretty much everywhere in my empire. I'm pretty sure low allegiance has a bad effect on economy, and it's really hurting, I'm stuck using most of my 'pre-rebellion' fleet and infrastructure, and I'm not sure what to do, I thought I remembered the tutorial saying cap. ships raise allegiance when in a planets gravity, but that didn't work.  Even on planets totally surrounded by my planets and Broadcasters have 35% I don't know what to do, I have purchased most of the Policy techs that have to do with culture, any suggestions?
