I haven't seen a spot to suggest new features to the developers so I'll start one here.

After seeing how easy modding SINS really is I had the idea of creating a new capital ship ability. This new weapon would be fired at a Terran, desert, ice or lava planet turning it into an asteroid. DEVISTATION ROCKS! Taking that to the next step would be abilities that would turn one kind of planet into another kind. But after hours of searching, I found no modifier that would allow that ability. I'm sure it doesn't exist. So my suggestion to you for a future release is a special modifier that changes the planet type within the game. I mean, how hard could it be

Thanks for starting this thread. I've been playing SoaSE for a couple of days now and I have a suggestion for the developers or modders.

I like the camera view and the cinema style options, so how about a rotating camera view?

For example you zoom onto a ship press a button and the camera starts to rotate around the ship (covering all angles) allowing you to sit back and enjoy the view and battles happening around you?

I think a missile cam would be sweet too. You select a ship and the camera angle becomes the projectile whizzing through space at its target.
