We're getting a hold on many of our skin / database issues, so we're reaching the point where what we really need are people who know the game, well, to help write the strategy sections. So, I'm here to recruit and see who is interested. All thats left is the finishing touches on the database (which is now far enough along so I have a general idea of what will and won't be in it) and fixing a couple of minor issues connected to the transfer to the IGN servers.

"Job" Description:

Write up and discuss articles on Sins strategy and tactics, including general strategy and tactics, individual unit usages, and other subjects related to Sins. Debate over postings untill concensus is reached, and then posted to website by "senior" individuals.

Requirements:

Can read and write English fluently, with high levels of skill at written communication in both casual "forum style" posting and more formal writing for the actual website.

Skilled at playing Sins multiplayer and singleplayer, utilizing strategy and tactics, not simply spamming units to counter the other guys units (this is a strategy guide, not a "here's the current build order!" guide).

Good attitude: I need people who will discuss strategy and tactics and come to a (reasonable) concensus, not simply insist that its "my way or the high way!".

Plusses:

Experiance at competitive gaming (prefered Sins, out of Sins also OK)

Hard worker (I am not asking you to spend 10 hours a day, but time and effort will be required to get the work done in a reasonable time frame)

Can host games (testing ideas/etc might be needed, that'd make things easier)

Long term member of the community from pre-release days

Application: Please tender any and all applications to the forum thread here, as registration over there is required to participate in the private forum where the work will be done. Application should include a detailed write up on one of the following subjects:

A specific tactic or strategy (LRM rushing, or use of repulsion)
A detailed write up of one unit
Some general aspect of strategy and tactics
Another piece that, in your judgment, the website should posses (note: choosing subject I don't think belongs but that is well written won't be counted against you, so long as so long as the subject is something reasonable)

NOTE: Application write ups will not be used on website without writers permission, but pieces placed inside "private" forum will be fair game.
