Opening moves

Got the game Friday. I really have no clue what in the heck is going on. I fake it pretty well. I've been playing the AI over and over again and it's fairly easy because they are fairly dumb.

Against human players is a whole new thing.

My question to you (and it's one that is probably asked quite a bit) is what should my, say, first 5 moves be...IN GENERAL. I say 'in general' because I'm not looking for 'well that depends on what you want to do and what race you are' kinda crap.

Thanks. I'll take a gander at it. I wish this game had a more competitive community. I log onto Ironclad and there's crap going on. I'd love to see a ton of games going on and it being extremely easy to get an online game going.
