Increase fleet size

So Far I have really enjoyed the game. I tried to upgrade and build everything under the sun. I just can't seem to be able to build more than the original allotted ships I am given. The game keeps attacking me with a ton of ships and I can build more than 98 ship points I am given with the tec. Please help.

You need to reseacrch your fleet abilities under reseach window....last tab

Try playing the tutorials or reading the manual first they are there for a reason. The upgrades are in research under fleet logistics on the bottom of the screen.
