Definite Bug

Pirate Ships Jumping in from deep space

Was playing a single player game, version 1.09, small random map with Pirates inactive, when I noticed a few pirate ships appearing out of nowhere and heading for the enemy's planet. There were not any planets from the direction they came. This is the first time I've ever seen this happen. 

I would post a few screenshots but I'm not very "Forum Savy" and don't know how.

Also, I thought that issue with that one lone frigate wanting to jump back to the nearest friendly grav well was fixed in 1.09. That also keeps happening. Seems the only way I can stop it from wanting to keep doing it, is to assign it as a fleet leader.

Insurgency Tech....yep, I remember now that I had researched it but since I don't play TEC very often, and never researched it before, I wasn't sure what kind of visual effect if any, I would see.
