Has the AI been buffed at all to do more planetary research (instead of just pop1 on all worlds), more civilian/tactical structures, better fleet building/composition, and research?
Nothing more annoying than checking your AI to see 128k credits, 24k metal, 41k crystal and only tier 3 civ, tier 4 military (civ/mil research done sporadically) and very poorly upgraded planets.
