[Fixed]Sync Checker Didn't Work

When I was the host of the game below, we eventually were out of sync, but I didn't get the red text even though I had sync checking on.  Here is the excerpt from my user settings:

CalculateCheckSumTickFrequency 50
CalculateCheckSumDetail 0
SaveCheckSumSnapShotsInGameTickFrequency 0
SaveCheckSumSnapShotsOnSave TRUE
IsCheckSumLoggingOn FALSE
