Impulse Problem

This just started happening:

Please ensure the Background Intelligent Transfer Service and the COM+ Event System service are enabled on your machine, and restart Impulse.

Then I go to services.msc and look and they are all on automatic.

We have removed BITS from the latest version of Impulse some time ago.  Did you just start getting this in the latest update?

Where did you reinstall from?  Did you reinstall from your local installer or did you pull down the full installer from here?  If you didn't please download the full installer from here:
