Still not sure how that works.. you can't click the apply button for some reason? Or?
You can set the resolution manually by opening your user.setting file and changing it there. The file is in your user path (in-game go to Options > Mods > show mod path) in the Setting folder.
Still would be good to understand what exactly your issue is, because nobody's ever posted about seeing resolutions available but not being able to apply them. Only issues people used to post about is not seeing the resolutions to begin with
