[Bug] Ships randomly re-phase jump when arriving in system

Also, the "grouped" phase jump option needs work, it's still wonky, here's a save game showing all the problems, right in the beginning. My largest fleet is about to jump to another planet near the top of the map.

Does anyone have any idea how to recreate this? There has been multiple reports of it but I'm having a heck of time even getting it to happen let alone fix it.

I dont mean to clutter this post but when I tell my fleet to jump some ships get stuck and start jumping one at a time. Then I have my fleet spread across 2 or 3 planets. This happens alot.I dunno if its spose to be like this or not.
