From the TEC standpoint.

The Orgov: Idk if what the cooldown time is between salvos. It seems to be pretty quick. Maybe to quick.

I like it personally. They tear hell out of defensive structures in gig time. Ten Orgovs can level an upgraded Vassari SB in like 2 mins. It's quite entertaining to watch all the huge missles.

I leveled a fully upgraded Advent starbase (close to 20,000 hit points) with 5 of them - it took way less than 2 minutes, but I also had a fair sized fleet of bombers attacking too.  I like the huge explosions those things make.  BOOM!

with the way the starbases are now an actual problem for most fleets I actually like the structure frigates packing more heat.  Guess you have to get rid of them fast or at the least have some heavy defenses in place to keep your starbases alive now.
