Hello everyone. I don't frequent the forums much, but I've played some/most of you online at one time or another.
Multiplayer is really the only reason I play Sins anymore. Testing my strategy and tactics against other humans is much more challanging and rewarding than bashing the AI countless times. However, as I'm sure everyone has noticed, the Sins online community has its fair share of abrasive people.
Sins really needs a feature that gives the host of a game control over who is allowed in the game channel and who isn't. I can't count the number of times that a person has been kicked from the lobby, either for acting immature or simply for idling too long, and then returned to the channel to curse out the host and everyone in the game.
If the host can kick people from the game lobby, he/she should also have control over the lobby channel.
Also, the "kick from game lobby" feature should be expanded to include an optional temporary ban (5 - 15 minutes). Same goes for the "kick from channel" feature that I'm suggesting. With the current setup, there's nothing stopping a kicked person from instantly rejoining the game they were just kicked from. Kinda defeats the purpose of having a kick feature to begin with. I can't count the number of times that I've seen this particular oversight abused.
