Funny thing happened the other day. My friend and I were playing on a closed game in my house, 2 computers diff rooms. Well after about autosave 10 or so our game went to parallel universes. We were fighting over a terrain world and I came in and crushed him solidified my holdings and waited to move forward. He starts sending a ship at a time against the 10 turrents, 4 hangers, and most of my fleet I had waiting at the edge of the gravity field. After a little he was saying I was retreating and I had lost a capitol ship. ? I said he was wrong I was watching the action. Well I went to the next room and looked and he was right. I walked back over and just stood there. We checked our "F1" standings both #1 in military and planets owned. I hit pause and sure enough it came up paused on his screen saying I paused. Confused we exited and compared end-game bar graphs and figured out about when this time warp had occured. At this point I tried to load and everything from Autosave 10 to 16 was corrupt.   Weirdest thing I've ever seen. The AI replaced each of us to the other and was doing a crappy job. Anyone else every get this. Info I has a DSL modem and they were both hooked directly in. Hopefully Beta 3 solved the dimensional hole in my game universe
