I'm trying to add/change a logo for a mod of mine, and I'm getting all kinds of goofy issues.

I placed my logo overtop of one of the pre-existing ones, but for some reason the background color of the icons in game are solid boxes. Also, the mini icons are nothing but solid blocks.

Is there an easier way to do this? If not... does anyone have any tips?
