wont take my serial number

i cant update and impulse says i dont have a correct serial number i do have a legal copy of the games for windows version with the serial number sticker inside the case above the disk holder plz help.

Yep, [email protected] if you're sure you're entering right. Taking a picture of the key sticker and attaching it would speed things up

thanks for the help i got it fixed now thanks to supports vry fast reply had it set to a vry old email address. its updateing now yea!!!!!!
