I will address your points with one or more counterpoints of my own.

2. War is usually started not for profit, but for 2 things- to enforce your will on someone else, or for resources. The 1st still applies even if your goal is to ensure that someone else's will isn't enforced on you, because your will is being enforced on them by preventing them from doing that to you.
3. Really? Armor plating is good for more than stopping bullets you know. They armor the turbines of helicopters. Materials science that makes breakthroughs in armor technology could easily be applied to creating superstructures.
4a. Do you think Hitler would have stopped with the conquest of Europe? What if your country comes under attack by a foreign nation? What are you going to do? Flee at the first sign of conflict, or enlist? I know that despite my low hopes for the American nation, I'd enlist (if I was of necessary age).
4b. This is incorrect. Not everyone who participates in warfare is a killer; only the person who actually takes the life of another human being is a killer. And believe it or not, without people who stand by ready to cause death and destruction for their countries, there would be a few really big superpowers who are all very unfriendly to each other, instead of this balkanized world where we at least have a mass market.
5. No. I don't think that, but the fact remains that there are cases when a war is publicly supported.
6. No, I don't think war is like in video games, because video games more often than not depict a small group of run-of-the-mill troops changing the course of a war. That doesn't happen unless 2 guys happen to find Bin Laden hiding in the ground, without any protection.

7b. It's not that I love war, it's that I recognize it's necessity to the human race. Face it morph, a peaceful culture or system will not be able to survive in the face of all the bad things that exist in the universe. If you have 2 human civilizations, 1 super peaceful, and 1 that has a fair portion devoted to warfare, and both want the same resources, then the super peaceful one is going to lose. Warfare is tool, nothing more, nothing less.
The truth of the matter is that mankind's warlike tendencies have made it the supreme species of this planet. You call war a mass killing. In that you are right. War is killing at its most basic level. And that's because when diplomacy stops working, weapons start working. Regardless of what you say morph, the fact of the matter remains that without warfare, we wouldn't have acheived everything that we did. The first spacecraft were simply nuclear missile bodies with no warheads and a crew capsule. No joke.
8. Why would I do that?
9. I'm not a warmonger, I'm a realist, and I recognize the fact that war serves an important tool in the arsenal of mankind. Without warfare, then Greece might not even exist, as it might have become part of the Persian Empire, and then part of some other empire, and so on and so forth.
10. MME? WTH is that? Quite frankly the only news I read is the Discovery Channel News. And that's because I like science. I form my opinions based on what I see, I despise American news channels because they seem to only report utter drivel that is basically sensationalistic puke.

The first reason you mentioned is kinda the obvious of the obviousness, (enforcing your will), and also the less important one.

Its a something very specific, that is simply a FEATURE of aircraft's engines, not even something being used on its own. C. 5. The masses are manipulated and deceived into thinking war is necessary, when is fact it is NOT. So, yeah, the lies are supported most times.

7b. 2 human civilizations....blah blah blah. Again you are creating stories. Why 2 civilizations? This 2 human civilizations thing you described could never exist, and I never claimed that it would. A peaceful culture or system could exist perfectly. The only reason you cant understand it, is because that's all you have learned. Since you haven't seen such a thing, its difficult for you to understand it, I presume. Yes, you seem to love war. In fact, it seems that it has been planted into your every thought, maybe it was the conditions or the place where you grew up, maybe something else, I don't know. FYI Xer07 has a step father in the military, it explains a lot.
Mankind doesn't have warlike tendencies, simple as that. Nobody is born thinking, how I am gonna kill the person next to me, or how am I gonna start a war. The whole war idea seems normal to you, because that's the world where you grew up to. That's the world where we all grew up to. Without war, and with a peaceful society, we would have achieved A LOT more than what we have. OMG, when I think of the possibilities that we would have, if we had a peaceful resource-based system. WOW 
I dare to say, that we may even have created huge space stations orbiting the earth. (Just imagine Halo, but smaller. Its just a speculation though)

9. Whether Greece existed or not, it doesn't matter. Greece, Persia, Turkey, Germany, USA, UK, WHATEVER. Its all the same anyway. Again, I think you are a warmonger, but its just a word, and definitions may vary a little from a person to another. To someone's opinion, warmonger could be someone with your beliefs and character, and to another person, warmonger might be only someone that is actually part of a war, and enjoying being in it.
10. Yeah that's good, because the news channels in USA and Greece have 1 thing in common. You know what that is? Yes, they are both full of Bullshit.
