Did that first pic have...gulp...6 RAM slots??? With 2 gigs a piece, that's 12 Gigs of RAM!!!!!!!!!  I only ever see 2 slots...

Storm: Actually, its 6*4=24 GB of RAM. 24 GB is the maximum supported. It has an X58 chipset, so 6 RAM slots are pretty standard and fully supported. Still, over 6 GB of RAM is unnecessary imo, since you dont actually gain any performance. It also supports Triple channel DDR3, as opposed to P55's dual channel.

Yeah, but they are pretty rare, and I assure you that they are expensive. 220$ up to 250$ a piece!!! Not worth it imo.
