And assault rifles are legal (M4, AK47, etc.). Cop killers are not guns, rather ammunition. They're technically legal, but no manufacturer makes them. They're usually hot loaded .22 or .308 rounds. Rocket launchers you can buy, but you can't buy the ammunition.
