[Suggestion/thoughts]Phase Jump Bonus

What do people think if there was a phase chargeup and speed bonus between planets that you own? Like 25%ish. Then you could respond better and catch rogue fleets running around in your space.Could be an upgrade like phaselane navigation or buoys.

That should be possible as there is research that gives bonus stats while in friendly culture. So it would not be hard to mod or add. Its definitely an interseting idea and maybe along with a bonus to your fleet maybe a debuff to an enemy fleet making it even better. This idea does have merit.

Tie it to the culture percentage.

Good ideas! It would probably be easier to mod/implement as a culture % than a planet bonus. I think...

Well I wish they would put this in mp for those players that try to drag out the game. After you basically beat them they split up their fleet and run around your empire trying to kill stuff in an attempt to annoy you because you cant catch them.

If your vearsassi (sorry for the spelling) you can build a structure to do that anyway.

I would rather there be a structure that that provides that kind of buff, but only for the TEC and Advent(Vasari already has a phase lane tech).  Culture doesn't make sense.  So if a planet likes you empire more, your ships magically can jump in and out faster?

Maybe the planet's computer network helps your fleet calculate optimum phase jump coordinates?

No magic involved-just less red tape going through customs.

I like it, although I'm not sure it works well as a structure.
