New MOD submitted for approval, Frogboy For Governor!

Some of you don't have Stardock Central installed etc, so I thought I would plop a note in here as well.

That right this MOD puts a picture of the man himself in the office of governor, as well as, as the announcer when we try to send a ship out of range.

I hope they approve it. What do you think? Shall we put him to work?
