So i played 3 games in a row against double Reg and all they do is slow stacking bug abuse.... it's no more fun

It's not really a bug, though it might be a good idea to somewhat limit the max slowdown possible to reduce the effectiveness of this strategy.
It was already said some weeks ago that there should be a cap (30% i believe) but it doesn't work.
Every hardcorenoob can win with this...
I can understand that bugs like these movement bugs are little harder to fix, but slow cap shouldn't take MONTHS
there is an item it can cap the slow-effect at 20% (i'm not sure.. could be something else).
I know that a fix is coming but it's a heavy unbalancing bug that should threated with a hotfix and nothing to wait for months...
And i know there is a item capping it to 25% but it's a Favor Item and you don't know if these guys are going to abuse the bug. Additionally it makes you gimped.
