Is it possibel to increase the shipslot costs of an Capitalship? I want to increase the costs for an specific Capitalship from 1 to 4.

For each of the capital ship you intend to change just look and change this line:

slotCount 50.000000

But I don't think you can change how many cap slots it takes, up I think that is hardcoded
