Little known facts for an up and coming TEC commander

Did you knw?

 

~The Dunov is the second best cap for bombing planets behind the marza. Sova is the worst but best for owning the taxes of two empires early game 30 creds a sec with out doing anything else. food for thought

~The kol is the best for dealing with a bomber spammer. And is also good with illums.

~ If you level your marza to 3 before doing anything else your enemy will have to respect it much more as soon as it Hits 4.

By mobile repair bays, do you mean hoshis?  Every race has a repairing support cruiser.  Overseer heals and gives an armor buff.  Domina subjugator regens and reverses a disable ability like that of the subverter.  Just because a hoshi is the most well known doesn't mean it is the only one.  Know thy enemy before running your mouth.

The akkan (_|~Anfields favorite ship) is in my opinion the worst of the colonizing caps but in the hands of a true skilled. Your kodiaks will shoot farther and when you hit level six you can call off any combat that is not in your favor until you can bring in reinforcements. Not to mention your crew rides in luxury lol!

btw i used to think the most skilled TEC player would use the sova. But the truth is the most skilled  strategists hopes may lie in the Akkan:)

p.s. i have a very valid response but its classified just as is the answer to repulsion but i wont open these files unless you really need them therefore if i get twenty posts(by aspiring TEC commanders) asking me to reveal this guarded secret of the Millineal fleet i will reveal them publicly. Wrong. The halcyon is the best for dealing with a bomber spam. It can actually fight back.

If you level your marza to 3 before doing anything else, either you just spent a whole lot of credits, or a whole lot of time. Both of which you cannot afford and you will surely lose.

Trust me KoK, the TEC have some effective strategies, just none that you appear to know. Maybe you were a great player back in the day, but sins has changed... kind of.... the TEC are more competitive than the Vasari, but dies to Advent just the same...

My good sir, I understand english so well that I realize that there is quite a bit of punctuation that has been left out here, in addition to some incorrect punctuation, unless I am mistaken as to the meaning of the last sentence.

Did you know the Kol starts with level 5 armor, the highest of any cap in the game?

by buying your first two upgrades and setting reflective shield to level 2 you will have levl 6 armor and 50% damage reduction. making the kol tremendously haard to kil.

by upgrading flakburst  to 2 next over gauss rail gun you will be prepared for any bomber spam

The TEC are good, and i used to play them exclusively, but KoK has started three different threads about how dominant the TEC are without seeming to understand their greatest strenghts.

It's the eco, not the ships that make a TEC player dangerous.

euhm... vasari bombers will kill you're KoL before it can even get close to wipping them... Food for thought.

euhm... vasari bombers will kill you're KoL before it can even get close to wipping them... Food for thought.

Well...Vasari bombers kill just about any cap....a Kol IS one of the more survivable ships when backed by repair.
