I can not deny that.

The idea has it's charm, but I don't have the budget for such an endeavor.

Would like to say I get to do more, but I guess it works. I do enjoy the artistic as much, maybe even more, than the technical. Combining the two is probably the most fun.

On the most theoretical of levels. I can't begin to touch Scoutdog on the mathematics. More than anything it's just for kicks. Even if I lose, it's the Socratic play that's rewarding.

I've been called something akin to that.

But as anyone who has gotten to know me better knows, there are many more facets (but isn't that always true of people?). I think at one point someone thought I was about sex, drugs, and rock and roll. Two of those work for me, but not in a terribly Charlie Sheen way.

Arizona needs some.

ryat, here in australia we have just had a fortnight of heavy rain, causing several of the local coastal rivers to flood, closing the main highways AND back roads, and some of the coastal towns are STILL flooded, somewat similar to what northern australia had a few months ago, unfortunately the storms would tend to evaporate during the shipping of them to arizona, seeing as it is both half way around theworld AND a day in the PAST.

Yeah, the whole of the southern United States could use rain. No fireworks for Texas come 4th of July unless we get 2 solid weeks of rain. That's how long we've been without. In five months we've seen no more than a couple days worth of rain.

ryat,that estimate IS from UPS(Universally Plodding Shipments), even australia post would have difficulty in shipping storms, and that is the main freighting organisation here in australia (i have heard rumours that they even shipped a submarine, but personally I do not believe it).

Turns out the Chinese finally have an aircraft carrier, the Varyag. The name is Russian for 'Viking', which might strike some as familiar from Homeworld 2, where the Vaygr were intentionally given a near anagram of the word. In Old Icelandic, it means 'wolf' or 'restless, godless man'.

I love mythology. It gives us such great names.
