Last person to post wins, unless they are a moderator or admin.

Basically, this game is played so that the last person who post wins. What do they win? The ThreadKiller's Achievement; The honor of being the last person to post by virtue of the content of their post. However, moderators, admins, and anyone else who has the ability to lock the thread are disqualified from winning the ThreadKiller's Achievement, if they win by locking. If the thread is won by method of locking, the "winner" gains the Achievement Of Reprehensible Epic Lameness.

And I shall completely ignore that last statement with a new page for the Rebellion!

Helps the inflamming

I believe that the word is inflaming.

inflame, inflammatory, inflaming, defaming. Confusion.

No more on the subject, as I am the ruler of this page.

Yeah, there are times spell checker helps, but for some reason the work computer doesn't do that when I'm online. Odd.

MY work computer spell checks, not that I need it though... :P

And I mean the spell-check, not the computer.

My fingers are quite fiber-glass-filled because I spent several hours yesterday sorting out cables on a large server rack.

Well, normally I do well, but everyone has their errors. No biggie. As for fiberglass, why do you have it filling your fingers? You must have done something terribly wrong.

I haven't the faintest idea, but I have 'em!

I just pulled out and replaced at least 50 ethernet cables and stuck my finger into a power socket... Talk about shocking.

Do you know what a CMA(Cable Management Arm) is? It's a large metal thing that likes to swing outwards and disconnect itself or crush your fingers as you put it back in. I now officially hate CMA's, on top of the fact that I spent 5 hours talking to a Dell representative in order to find the correct documentation for the said CMA.

That pun has been used before, mibad.

and seven krackfish and drackjackets, and three tuskfish have been caught in only 11 hours.

btw WHAT is this 'bending over' thing? I do not know what this thing is, as I have not heard of it before.

Um... ask your parents?

what was that?

:)  Have been reading a book the last few days, very... cool, called Lost at Sea. That and watching Tubes for a few hours, you wouldn't believe how many 'things' i have discovered on that site! Music, and games and books and films!

Anyway, i wanted to share a bit and hope you like it, it seems a little bizarre, i mean, all these people in their own little worlds it seems, but then i eat and sleep and go to school and look for a job and feel, in a way, that i am in the same boat even if i don't really think about me just 'doing' my own thing, you know? Well, maybe i'm not making much sense, but still, i thought it was cool, and it makes me think on top of that!  :)  Always a nice plus.

And your fish were released when a large laser fried your nets.

I guess you need to start all over again...

okay, then... ass raping... there, I said it...

haven't read much by Oni Press. Can't say that story is right down my alley, but I can see where it has an audience.

Yet to check the second link.

Read it. Not my favorite. Weak characterization. Strong plot. Meh.

:)  Link to the 'Destroyermen' looks interesting, a bit war-ish, but so is Sins to be honest.  :)

Though, i tend to go for strong characterization, even if weak plots.  :)

But everyone is different.

I ran across a film the other night, and was simply stunned, It's the 'Never Let Me Go' movie, so I looked up the book, which of course is probably tons more detailed.

It was sad, very, very sad, but i still may have to get it.

Also came across a song, though it probably doesn't go with the mood of the writing above, it still was interesting.  :)

Not sure if anything goes with the writing around here.

Yeah, I found a couple of books that had good and bad. Dark is the Sun by Philip Jose Farmer has strong characterization, but goes a long time without developing any significant plot. It's one long tracking chapter after another. Then there's The Stone God Awakens by Farmer which is fairly balanced, keeping in mind that most of his books are short. The Long Afternoon on Earth gets into the plot with speed and, I think, hands down a fair bit of characterization given both the speed of plot and number of characters.

@Harpo99999-You can't catch anything, large or small, your nets are all fried.

@Draakjacket  :P I don't even have a list of books that I like, primarily because the many hundreds of books that I have read have by now blended together into a mindless sludge.
