Last person to post wins, unless they are a moderator or admin.

Basically, this game is played so that the last person who post wins. What do they win? The ThreadKiller's Achievement; The honor of being the last person to post by virtue of the content of their post. However, moderators, admins, and anyone else who has the ability to lock the thread are disqualified from winning the ThreadKiller's Achievement, if they win by locking. If the thread is won by method of locking, the "winner" gains the Achievement Of Reprehensible Epic Lameness.

and another SIX ratfish, two tuskfish, two harpfish, one possum and one draakjacket in this catch.

btw the possum(s) sould watch out for the tuskfish's tusks as they tend to end up sticking into the possum's belly.

That's the point. :)

I take offense to that.

The point of what?

What's the point?

Wait, what?

More a response to Ryat. Go back to your nuclear weaponry.

I completely understood, sir.

I was simply messing with you because you did not quote or place your response in a logical position, sir.

-edit-

Your movie is rather obnoxious.

To each, their own. I think you have to see the whole movie in order to understand the characters and their dynamic. Aside from that, I have seen critics who hate the movies as a whole. Aside from personal tastes, I think it also boils down to whether or not you insist on a hero which is chivalric. The characters here are attempting to be heros, but are not only far from the heroic type, but also very realistic people. They drink, party, swear, say racists things, and get pissed. Some have trouble accepting that, to some degree, such people can be heros.

I don't have any problem with the character of heroes, I just object to the repulsiveness of their personalities. They are rather abrasive...

It also seems that they are aiming for a rather drunken humor angle? I don't know, it just doesn't seem very funny to me.

and another catch of five ratfish and seven tuskfish are gutted and thrown to the tesbs

They are abrasive personalities. Hell, the guy giving the speech was involved in the mob. Again, if you see the movie you know exactly where they're coming from.

As for the speech itself, it's not really meant to be humorous. Sure, there are a few moments that aim for jokes, but it's actually more of an inspiring speech for manhood.

the film still sucked though, especially compared to its predecessor

and another catch of four cracked drumfish, four draakjackets, two tuskfish two harpfish, one gutless possum and one ratfish.

it is interesting how the harpfish keep struggling to eat the tuskfish, even after being caught and dragged out of the water.

it is like the tuskfish is the favourite food source of the harpfish.

I enjoyed it. I didn't worry too much about comparing it to its predecessor. But I'm also easy going like that.

Again, to each their own.

You mean *shock* taste in movies varies by person?! 8C

Then what is the point of movie critics?

The point of a critic is to say what they think. The point of a reader is to look up the critic's bio or past criticisms and see if they sync up with their own taste.

*whiny tone* But that requires work. X(

+1 karma to anyone who can point out the John Wayne quote in his speech. +2 if you can tell me where it comes from.
End of Draakjacht's quote

The obvious one is: "It's a hard life.", from The Cowboys.

Asa: You're a hard man, Mr. Andersen.
Wil: It's a hard life.

My dad made me watch that one.
