tuskfish & draakjackets are CYAt food, and tiny peashooters like that do not interest me. I would consider an alliance  if offered a firearm that could fire a 8 metre(for yanks this is 8 yard radius or 16 yard diameter) radius projectile 300 kilometres(160-200 miles), along with the ammunition for it.

NOTE if you can not offer such a firearm I WILL NOT JOIN OR ALLY with you.

I can indeed equip you with a handful of Nato SCUD R-300 missiles, which meet your range requirements. The projectile itself is only 0.88 meters (just under 3 feet because some yanks do know metric), but has a 985 kg payload, which means I can either equip you with HE warheads capable of demolishing the required area or a tactical nuclear warhead which can both be used to destroy a larger area and for high altitude EM burst assaults.
