Some days ago, I asked that question in another topic but as I didn't get an answer yet, I decided to open an own topic for it. I wanted to delete my old post because of normally disliked cross-posting, but it seemed that feature isn't supported in that forum. So if a Mod wants to delete a post, delete the old one please.

I've got the problem that I'm not able to install SoaSE: Diplomacy when using the offline installer files. Anytime I try after various re-downloads, I'll get the message "Installation data incomplete". For me it seems (any of) my diplomacy-files are faulty on the server already, so I ask someone of the tech-support to check this please.

I've done a screenshot for further information, both downloaded files got downloaded into the same directory. I'm using Win7 Home Premium 64bit, so .NET Framework should already be delivered out of stock.

I had no problems with the installation of SoaSE and SoaSE: Entrenchment when using the offline installation files.

Can some help me, please?

edit: ... ok, I opened a ticket for the Stardock-support and at least the correct party for that issue got informed now. So I will try again at a later time. I'm a bit of dissapointed about that official tech-support forum, as nobody did even answer here.
