Diplomacy 1.2, Kodiaks don't autoattack

See title. More specifically I have a maxed fleet supply and absolutely none of my kodiaks will do anything unless I specifically tell them to. OCCASIONALLY when I turn autoattack off, then back on, they'll shoot something. Engagement range is gravity well. They can be getting shot at and nothing happens.

The same thing happens to me and has happened ever since I bought the original game. The thing that enfuriates me the most is that I've never got an official answer. Just denial that the problem exists. See this, everyone? I told you it exists! /rant

Problem is, it's not predictable. Sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn't. Only thing I know is it happens with 10+ Kodiaks.

things like join fleet and certain abilities will disable your ships from firing. Post replay when this happens

In my case it happens when no abilities are used. When it shouldn't happen. Not sure about the poster's. Didn't specifiy.
