Missing Sins:Trinity serial key.

Sorry if another one of these has existed recently, but, my story is basically that a few months ago I bought my copy of Sins: Trinity at Target, and that when I looked into the box there was no CD key. I figured it was one of those games that didn't require one and had no problems until I saw that on impulse there was an update on impulse. It asked fro a Serial key to register which didn't exist. Eventually I found out that I should send an email to [email protected], so I did. They asked me for pictures, I sent them, then the next response. Two days later all I got was an automated email that the ticket was closed because I didn't respond for 48 hours when I was the one waiting for a response. So I sent a second email re-opening the ticket, sent with pictures again, and the same thing happened, they didn't respond and I got the automated response of the ticket closing because I didn't respond. On Wednesday I attempted to open a new ticket, providing the pictures right off the bat. I have not even reciaved an automated response to that email as of now.

I don't want to troll or rage or anything, all I would like is to resolve my issue and get a serial key so that I may continue enjoying the great game that is Sins of a Solar Empire.

Hi, i just brought the game too, like 2 days ago and have found the same problem, i am going to send an email to the email address above but if i get the same result i will post here.

I just recently came across this issue myself. I purchased the Trinity version and it has no CD Key.

Is there a template I need to copy and past before I send an email to [email protected]?

I also see it says  had to send in a photo too....what exactally should I take this photo of?

 

It appears this is an issue with some of the products that were released.

 

Based off of the issue the last user had and the fact that there has been no update on this thread (been two months)...should I feel confident about resolution?

I really love this game but I want it updated (as I'm having lag issues and I'm stuck with v1.0).

 

Any updates if the ball is rolling would be encouraging

Game box, receipt, game disk, anything that helps show you legitimately bought the game. And obviously explain your situation as much as possible.

Also while I haven't had to email support in a very long time, the address that has been floating around now is [email protected]. I think both will work but this one is probably a bit faster since it presumably goes right to the Sins or game support people.

If its been a while with no response, try making another thread here in the technical forum. Lots of people tend to get there posts lost by either posting in the general forum or by necroing threads like this. Also don't send them multiple emails while waiting for a response, that basically puts you in the back of the line.

Okay, so I purchased my retail copy of SoaSE Trinity from a Fry's while out of town almost a year ago, however I only recently looked into updating it and never received my serial key like so many others. I'm just trying to find out if I should just purchase the game again or if there is any way i can receive some help with this. I know it is my fault I didn't check into this before but I also have never received a game without a key. Thanks for the help.
