Changing abilities from a range to a gravity well.

Basically, just what the title says- I'm looking to change abilities, such as Armistice, so that they affect the entire gravity well instead of just a range. I know this is probably a basic question, but for the life of me I really can't figure it out. Advice, anyone? :)

Look at the Sova's Embargo Ability, it uses the ApplyBuffToTargetsAtOrbitBody you'll need to use.
