Denied Access while trying to use Mods

Hey gang.

I use windows 7 and figured out how to display my documents and settings folder in order to utilize mods.

However I'm denied access....what gives?

You need an admin account/permissions to access appdata iirc.

IE You did something with your settings. Log in through an account with administrator access and you should be fine.
