Is it just me or are other people getting extra stars in maps with one planet that has the one of the unplayable as of yet factions on it example i saw a vasari planet fully developed with a starbase and a titan

That planet is there for the Artefact Planet victory condition.

Well those nutty TEC Rebels needed xenos to shoot, so Ironclad threw some Vasari Rebels on the Artefact Planet, clearly.

I think they added that specific planet/star for every map in the game, making it able to coincide with the Artifact/Occupation Victory.
