While playing a game of Rebellion, I was Rebel TEC against Rebel TEC.  Note I already have a Ragnarov Titan.

-Enemy Titan Foundry started to build a Ragnarov Titan

-Corsev Class Battlecruiser used Boarding Party on the Titan Foundry

-Titan Foundry was captured

-Titan Foundry was still building the Titan.

-Building Animation of Titan finished building, and was under enemy control

-After destroying the enemy titan, the Foundry started building another titan.

-Animation finished, and nothing happened.

I assume what happened is the game noticed I already had a Titan and nothing happened, but when the Titan Foundry was captured it should have stopped building the Titan.
