Entrenchment not showing up in GameStop

I got a new pc. I was able to get my sins and my entrenchment downloaded, but am unable to get my Diplomacy. I still have the serial number for it from the old pc. I merged my email accounts months ago so should have found all three, not just two. Ideas?

Since Impulse is now owned by GameStop, you will need to contact their support department regarding any account/registration issues with Impulse.
